Terms and Conditions
- All customers are responsible for the total weight of the contents of their bin
- All customers are responsible for the scheduling of the delivery and removal of their bin
- All customers are responsible for ensuring their bin is not overloaded
- All customers should inspect bin upon delivery for any existing damages. Any damages in customers possession will incur a repair or replacement charge (depending on the extent of damage). Customer is liable for any repair/replacement costs.
- All customers are responsible for any parking tickets or fines while bin is their possession
Exceeding Weight Allowance:
Any weight above the max tonnage will result in refusal of pick-up and off-loading will be required. Delayed pick-up due to off-loading or blocking hook lift will incur a $150+HST charge per day.
Inspection and Rejection of Prohibited Waste:
Nailed It Disposal may inspect, analyze or test any waste. If prohibited/unacceptable items are found, Nailed It Disposal has the right to refuse pick-up until item is removed (Click here to view acceptable and unacceptable items). Same charge of $150+HST per day applies for delayed pick-up. Furthermore, customer may be billed additional cost if third-party is required to remove hazardous waste.
Payment Terms:
Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by credit card. Nailed It Disposal will keep the credit card on file until the account is at zero balance. Please note, our privacy policy is strictly enforced and all information is permanently deleted once balance is paid.
All orders are subject to HST, and an environmental and fuel fee.
